Robinette Park, Just off I-75 (exit 64), East of the Dayton International Airport.
Looks to be very easily accessible. Park by the Blockbuster.

Technically an easy to get to spot, but there were very tall plants we had to go through. At least I got a good picture of the gps, at almost the exact spot. (more detail when I get the photos up.
