:::Well, if it had been anywhere in England I would have gone.  But northeast Scotland is just a little too far.  And the annoying thing is that ''I had Thursday as my day off work this week'' (which meant I could possibly have made it to the hash on Wednesday), but I'd found I'd double-booked myself this weekend, so I'd asked at short notice for myday off to be changed to Saturday ''about eight hours before the globalhash was announced''.  Aarggh!  -- [[User:Benjw|Benjw]] 04:48, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

Go Go Globalhash!

Finally -- a globalhash in the UK. But it's at completely the wrong end of the country for me. I'm almost tempted to go for it, though, but I just wouldn't have the time (or stamina) to make the required 1550km road trip. I don't think flights and a car rental would be feasible at short notice. And I'd have to actually get to the hash in the dark. And then be at work at 06:30 the following morning. Don't think it's going to happen.  :-( -- Benjw 20:00, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

Well, if it had been anywhere in England I would have gone. But northeast Scotland is just a little too far. And the annoying thing is that I had Thursday as my day off work this week (which meant I could possibly have made it to the hash on Wednesday), but I'd found I'd double-booked myself this weekend, so I'd asked at short notice for myday off to be changed to Saturday about eight hours before the globalhash was announced.
