-It's not a UFO [http://wiki.xkcd.com/wgh/images/thumb/200906275213-IMG_1736.JPG/120px-200906275213-IMG_1736.JPG], its a VOR, Very high frequency Omni-directional Range.  It's a navigational aid.  (From before aircraft had GPS.)  It's Lat + Long should be recorded quite accurately on aeronautical charts if you need a basepoint for a no batteries geohash. -- [[User:Fbfree|Fbfree]]
