Plans
I had to run an errand close to Portland, so I was about halfway to the hashpoint already. Since everyone else was preparing for a weekend trip, so I decided to try for the hashpoint after my errand, and we'd have a late dinner.
Expedition
It was rushhour when I managed to make it onto the road, so it took quite a while to get even close to the hashpoint. My first attempt got me on the wrong side of I-405, but once I found a bridge over, I was able to get close in and just follow the GPS' lead.
However, as I suspected, when I got to the hashpoint, I found myself standing on the edge of the street, with the GPS saying 50 feet to go, and a house about 40 feet away. I wasn't interested in knocking on the door asking for access to their living room, so I'm declaring it a "No Access" situation.

Photos
I took a picture of the front of the house, but my camera didn't come along on this trip, so there is only one.
