Location
Up a driveway in Kohimarama, Auckland. This hash is only 2.83 km in a straight line from my place of work!
Participants
Plans
To pass by this hash on the way home from work. I can get here by taking a small diversion from my normal route (handy). Will be no batteries. Imagine it will be a fleeting visit, as it is probably a private Right of Way.
Expedition
Okay, so seeings this hash was so so close, i just couldn't wait until home time to get there. I nipped out on my smoko break, drove the 5 minutes to get there and parked up and waited about 2 minutes for some lovely ladies to power walk past my car. There was no private property signage to deter me wandering up the right of way, and the property was only 10 meters from the road. I quickly took the photos about three meters from the actual hash point - as it was behind a fence, and possibly in a prickly rose bush. I then deposited the marker letter in the letter box and went back to my life.
Tracklog
University of Auckland Tamaki campus, St Heliers Bay rd, Long Rd, Towai Rd, Edmund Rd. Easy as that! Probably should have walked it seeings it was so close...
