Location
41st Street between Broadway and Emerald Street, Oakland. In the street, near the double yellow lines.

I drove to the location and parked. I took a picture facing north across 41st Street. I wandered around to try to get exactly on the hashpoint, and got within my phone's GPS error a couple of times.
