Plans

Originally APR and Jim were going to go together, but APR got stuck with house chores. Jim went by on his way back from going out along Highway 30.

Expedition

Jim had an idea where the hashpoint was from staring at Google Maps. This, aided by a properly programmed GPS got him to a dead end street that seemed to lead to the hashpoint. Except it became dead a little too early.

Asking a neighbor revealed that the road was broken in two, and one had to go back out and around to get to the other side.

Backtracking lead to a GPS pointing a fence between two houses, so Jim started with the nearest one. They weren't interested in interacting with someone from the Internet, so Jim tried the other house, which also declined.

Examining the maps at home revealed that perhaps there was a third house tucked in behind those two that might have yielded success.
