Location
This geohash is not far from where I work, and the timing works out so I'll hit it in the morning, before the coordinates are posted.

Expedition
No real difficulties with traffic, and I didn't do a ton of research before hand. Turns out this site is the printing location for the Seattle Times, our regions major newspaper (and currently a monopoly). Coincidentally I have been here before, as my wife worked for this paper at one point.
Anyhow, I parked not far from the point, then meandered off into the blooming trees for the geohash point. In Seattle, April Showers usually bring May Rain, but in this case we managed just a few blooms as well.
