If you look at the page logs, you'll see that it was sent from a mobile device as a 'live' expedition photo. - I presume it is showing the coordinates of the place that was the nearest the expedition could get to the hashpoint. If you look at the page logs, you'll see that it was sent from a mobile device as a 'live' expedition photo.
