Surprisingly it is not "No public access".

Geohash Droid saying that coordinates are at the hash within current GPS precision. Out of focus, but you can see some green at the bottom of the screen, and green means "coordinates reached"
When this guy appeared at the hash looking at the screen of his smartphone, I hoped for a moment that it is another geohasher. But he was just looking for some kind of office center, which was supposed to be very close according to the map. Here? O_o
On the way to/from hash - the title consists of 4 letter acronym + 5 letter acronym + 7 letter acronym + number + 3 part syllabic abbreviation. No idea what it means, but the last part is certainly "Moscow Committee for Sports"
