Just off of Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in North-East El Paso.
Non-Plans
Two local geocachers, Updraft58 and GPSmen, visited the hash-point in order to complete a challenge cache. They could claim the Virgin Graticule achievement and a Hash-collision achievement if they so chose...not sure if they will sign-up as Goehasher's though.
