About
On the secured parking lot of the closed down GM plant in Doraville.

I drove to this Geohash spot which is only a mile out of my way driving home. I had looked at google maps to see it was in the parking lot of the old GM plant that had been shut down for more than 10 years.
I had no idea that the parking lot would still be secured, although there were no guards at the guard stations, just chains and locks through the gates. I was more than 0.1 of a mile from the front entrance to the parking lot. I was not going to give up that easy.
I could see that there were railroad tracks at the back part of the parking lot with abandoned railroad cars sitting on them. I drove down the street a ways probably 1/2 a mile till I found a street that crossed the railroad tracks.
I parked my truck, got out and started walking the railroad tracks. The Geohash spot was almost 1/2 mile from where I parked my truck. I was not going to give up that easy.
I walked the almost 1/2 mile to where I thought the closest point was, 41 feet. Drats....
I then noticed an indention into the fence just around the corner which was an inlet to the drainage area for the parking lot. I wonder if that point is closer.
I walked another 100 feet or so around the corner and into the indention for the drainage ditch. I saw 33 feet, 32 feet... come on... Just a hair closer....
I stopped and stood still. 31.3 feet. I was positive that is inside of the 10 meter requirement. I did it.
I snapped a few pictures then walked the 1/2 mile back to my truck to continue my journey home.
