Location
The Geohash is located in a forest between Laatzen and Hemmingen.
Participants
First Expedition
Plans
I wanted to have a nice 5km-walk from Laatzen to Hemmingen, and pick up the Geohash in the middle.
Expedition
I started to walk in Laatzen, and pretty soon got out of the city. I crossed the river Leine and some time after that, I came closer to the coordinates. I knew that the coordinates were in a forest, but I had hoped that it was a nice forest, like the one I have been to at 2015-02-25 52 9. It wasn't. I only made it two or three meters into the forest, the geohash still being about 45 meters away from me. There were stinging nettles everywhere and I really didn't want to go more inside that forest, so I retreated. Eventually, I made it to Hemmingen, but sadly, I didn't reach the coordinates.

Aftermath
While writing this report, I had another look at Google Maps for the specific location. Previously, I had only looked at the simplified map of that area, which all showed the Geohash to be in the center of the forest. That turned out to be wrong. The following is a screenshot of geohashing.info. The orange house is my closest approach, the coordinates are marked blue:
According to this, the coordinates were not in the middle of the forest, but rather on a meadow or a field inside of the forest. It would have been way easier to take the way over the meadow, go through a thinner part of the forest (maybe over a proper way), arrive at the inner meadow and get the coordinates. I will try to get there in the future to at least arrive at the then-retro-coordinates.
Second Expedition
Plans
Getting to the coordinates through a different way, this time on 2015-09-30. It will be retro, but that'll be okay if I reach the coordinates.
Expedition
It worked as planned! The meadow inside of the forest was indeed there. The coordinates were inside of the forest, but bordering the meadow. I might return to this place at daylight, since I only have been here after the sun had set and it seems to be a nice place.
