I hope this is fixed. I have not checked the southern hemisphere yet.

The ~~offside rule~~ erm 30W rule has not been checked.

-: Partly fixed. The lat and lon parameters ignore the minus sign if the value is zero but valid points are displayed, offset by one degree.
