Drive to Kfar Zoharim, pray, run to the hashpoint near Nehusha, run back, and drive to work.
Expedition
They wouldn't let me into Kfar Zoharim because it is a youth village so I prayed outside in the cold. Other than that it was a quite pleasant morning run.
