Expedition

Since I was working the morning shift (06:00 - 15:00) today, I had plenty of time to get home from work and ride my bike to the hash. It would be a straight shot up Rt 62 to Southwestern Blvd. and over to the Apartment complex. Initially, when I was checking out the satellite pictures, I couldn't tell what the long but narrow building was that the hash was next to.

With the good bike in the shop getting a tune-up, I pulled out the fixed-gear bike and rode over to the hash. There were a few people out and about in the complex, but no one said anything to me as I rode through. Getting to the hash area, I could see these were garages lined up along this section of road. Finding the correct one, I leaned the bike against the building and using the HashDroid app, I did a quick GPS dance. Getting my pictures, I retraced my route back home. I couldn't do a tron this time as the complex only had one entrance/exit to the back section where the hash landed.

This is a consecutive hash but there was nothing good the next day so the streak ends at 2. Click here for my adventure driving home from Chicago the day before.

This could also be a Last Man Standing as well, but will keep an eye on it a little longer before claiming.
