Just off the road in a worn-down neighborhood of New Britain, Connecticut.

I had to park on a small road and walk down this street to get to the spot.
The actual spot was just to the left of the white stripe, I stepped on it as I crossed the street.
A little bit of proof for ya.
It would've been interesting if New London turned out to be the biggest city in the US.
