Hey!! I know that song!! I was looking at your pictures at work and began translating the first song...at last, my theological German training was paying off...the first sentence was pretty easy but I only got every other word on the next two lines...but then HEY! Valleri, vallera!! I know this song! We sang that when I was a child. Thanks for sharing that! Oh, and the other pictures were great too -- Eisen

Eisen called me at work to to tell me about your expedition and the "Happy Wanderer." That is one of the songs my cuckoo clock plays. We sang the German version in my high school German class. I love the decorations above the windows of the photo shop building. Lyx is doing better walking on ice than I ever could! Great story and pictures.-- Bear 22:53, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
