The Charleston, SC graticule is at latitude 32, longitude -79. It includes Downtown, James Island, Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, and part of North Charleston and Goose Creek. Almost all of the area is in the ocean so most actual meet ups will be a short drive or a boat trip.
