The Houston, Texas graticule is located around latitude 29, longitude -95. This area is mostly land, with only a small portion of Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico in its southwest corner. The graticule contains a large portion of Harris County including all points inside Loop I-610 and the Sam Houston Toll Road/Beltway 8, the eastern part of Fort Bend County, most of Brazoria County, and a small portion of Galveston County. This is a rather large area, but it is representative of how insanely spread out the Houston area is.
