Sempaispellcheck's second geohash, and the first geohash ever on the island of Manhattan.

Location

1881 Amsterdam Avenue, at the corner of 153rd St., Harlem, Manhattan, NY This was a very interesting experience for a kid who'd never been north of 100th St. It's a nice neighborhood to visit for a while, but probably not someplace I would have wanted to stay.

Expedition

I was in Columbus Circle for an appointment that morning, so it was a fairly simple thing for me to just hop on the C train to 145th Street, walk to the hash point, take my pictures, and get on the train to go back.
