I will hitchhike to that field, to be there at 10:45 for looking to the solar eclipse.

I left home at 6:30 and found a thick fog in the streets. I wondered, if I could hitchhike in this fog. At my usual hitchhiking spot the fog was bad, sometimes more, sometimes less, but after 15 minutes I got a car to Göttingen.

|
Also on the motorway the fog was more or less, but it was possible to see the other cars.

The more northern I came, the less thick the fog became. At least I arrived at Hahausen. The solar eclipse was in its beginning. But nothing unusual to see.

I walked through Hahausen and to the fields.

And found the hash accessible.

|
The hash lay five meters on the ploughed field. I didn't walk these five meters.

The south and the west.

The east and the north.

The geohasher.

I walked to the tree to wait for the peak of the solar eclipse. A train passed by. From left to right. Later there was a train from right to left. The light became a little bit grey. At peak time I took some photos of the sun. I didn't see anything. Now, as I processed the photos, I see in the lower right field a violet point. It has three different forms!

The trees and bushes looked grey too. A little bit. Then I returned home.

At least I found, that this place is not in Hahausen, but in Lutter am Barenberge.
