It is right in Karlsruhe, only 5 km by air, and in a cool place near the wind mills . I have been nearby 2 weeks ago and saw 17 storks were on the hill. It is really worth it. I will go by bike, in the evening after after 5 pm and my brother wants to come with my. He is new to geohashing.
Expedition
Got there by bicycle with my brother and his friend. My phone batteried died, so I couldn't make photos and GPS, but my brother used his GPS to see if we are there. We definitely drove over the road on which the geohash lies. There was a small submarine nearby, on land, not on water. My brother made some photos, I have to ask him for them. I hope they will be added some time later. Chilled with some beer at the bay.
