I left home in the afternoon and cycled from Sélestat to Neubois. The Schlossberg, located between Neubois and La Vancelle, is a small mountain topped by the Château du Frankenbourg castle, which separates two valleys. A forest path goes on the mountainside from one village to the other. After a couple of kilometres, I left the path and started pushing my bicycle, hiking through the woods until I reached the hashpoint.

After recording proof, I continued on the path and arrived in La Vancelle. There, I went down the valley and followed an old railway up to Saint-Marie-aux-Mines. I stopped in a café to eat a large ice cream before heading back home. The weather was great and I had a tail wind on my way back.
