On a rolling meadow in the municipality Klein Vielen, not far from where Lyx (talk) is habitating.

Plan is, (A) put on shoes and other relevant protections against the wintry environment, (B) walk roughly 6km, (C) reach geohash while daylight is still abounding. (~ 14:00 ?! Sorry, meetup-ers, I won't wait for official meetup-time!)

Expedition

Went as planned. =) I spotted three deer and the tracks of an animal that has enourmous paws. (No claws discernible, so probably a leopard. Or mayyyyyyybe a dog.) I arrived on time, but, alas!, noone else was there. And not even enough snow to leave a decent mark. I continued for a while on unmarked grounds in order to gain the Tron achievement. (Look at the pretty map that I stitched and partly painted myself, to substitue for actual proof.)
