This user earned the Fire Safety Achievement by bringing a fire extinguisher to the ({{{latitude}}}, {{{longitude}}}) geohash on [[{{{date}}} {{{latitude}}} {{{longitude}}}|{{{date}}}]].

Geohash responsibly and bring a fire extinguisher (fire blanket, fire engine or other equipment intended and approved for putting out fires) on your expedition! It could prove useful if you are attacked by ninjas that are on fire.

Ideal proof would be a photo of you, your GPS and the firefighting equipment at the hashpoint.

How to use this template:

{{User:the_ru/fire

| latitude = latitude (required)
| longitude = longitude (required)
| date = date (YYYY-MM-DD format) (required)
| name = name of achiever (optional)
| image = image name (optional)

}}

The image name should not include 'Image:' or surrounding braces.

Disclaimer

Do not steal a fire extinguisher from a public building. It should be one you own yourself or have acquired permission to use for this purpose. Do not activate the fire extinguisher at the hashpoint (unless there is a fire that needs to be put out, of course). Do not start a fire at the hashpoint solely to give yourself an excuse to activate the fire extinguisher. Do not call the fire department to the site unless there is a real emergency.
