The Houston, Texas graticule is located around latitude 29, longitude -95. For our purposes, it shall include the Greater Houston Area, including all points in Harris, Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, and Waller Counties. This is a rather large area, but it is representative of how insanely spread out the Houston area is.
