Reached (almost) by Phyzome. Didn't have GPS, but I walked the stretch of road that ran past the destination, which was only maybe 60 feet into the woods.

I parked halfway between the Mechums River and the target -- closest I could get, due to a guardrail and limited shoulder. Waited from 16:00 to 17:00, went home.

Scooter and his boys got as close as they could. Got there at about 16:30 because of traffic on I-81. We first stopped on the side of the road (where we took the pictures), but then sought the other side of the trees. There we met a nice lady planting tomatoes in her garden. After doing my best to convince her that we were not selling anything or trying to convert her religious beliefs I showed her a couple pages I printed from the wiki. She kindly sent us on our way with a "have fun."
