About
The Pello-Ylitornio graticule is at latitude 66, longitude 23. About 70% of it belongs to Sweden and the rest to Finland. It consists of little villages like Pello (both Finnish and Swedish part), Övertorneå and Ylitornio with about 5000 inhabitants each.
