On a military base near Zeißstraße in the southeastern part of Regensburg.

... went there at around 12:30, on his way to work.
As expected, the hashpoint was about 25 meters beyond a barbed-wire fence, in a rather abandoned-looking parking lot between buildings of the base. Most of the cars parked there had no license plates.
Since the base's circumfence has lots of "military area - do not enter - firearms in use" signs, obviously dawidi didn't even try to get to the coordinates, but nevertheless left a little paper marker on the fence with the URL of this report.
