The Gaspé graticule is at latitude 48, longitude -64. It includes most of the tip of the Gaspé peninsula, Bonaventure Island, the tip of Miscou Island in New Brunswick, and parts of Chaleur Bay and the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
The interior of the Gaspé peninsula is mountainous and difficult to access, though the coastal area of the peninsula is rural, settled and much more accessible. The tip of Miscou Island is accessible as well, though the small area in the graticule means that New Brunswick land hashes in this graticule will be rare.
