This graticule is located at 56,37. Today's location
This graticule is mostly Moscow Oblast (plus a bit of Tver Oblast in the north), but it contains two small areas of Moscow City in the extreme south.
The western area, in northern Zelenograd, gets a hash every few years; since the invention of geohashing (and up to 2020-08-14) this had happened on 2012-06-18, 2013-03-03, 2015-04-14 and 2016-01-31. (None of those appear to have been attempted.)
No hashes have landed in the eastern area (the village of Akulovo) since 1950. (Akulovo has an area of 0.1864 sq km, so statistically we should expect roughly one hash there per century.)
