Expedition
This is my third expedition today, after visiting 2023-08-13 53 7 in Leer and almost visiting 2023-08-13 52 7 in Rheine. This time, I took my bike on the train to Bruchmühlen.
From there, I cycled the rest of the distance. As I approached the coordinates in the hilly forest, I climbed a bit of an ascent before reaching the coordinates. They were right next to the path in the forest.
After recording proof, I checked out the nearby Dinosaur footprints of Barkhausen. There were several kinds of footprints, some of theropods (Megalosauripus teutonicus) and some of sauropods (Elephantopoides barkhausensis). Sculptures of both kinds of dinosaurs were also present.
Afterwards, I continued cycling north, towards Bohmte. From there, I took the train to Osnabrück Central and cycled home.
