This was along the access road to the Pompano Park racetrack / Isle casino in Pompano Beach, Florida.

I reached this spot at 1:48 PM, then went into the casino and signed up for their membership card, which got me a free buffet lunch; after that, I dropped ten bucks into one of their slot machines and failed to get a single measly payoff, thus proving that there's no such thing as a free lunch.
