Cellphone coverage is not universal in the salt flats. I had a colleague who got a flat tire out there and wasn't big enough to exert the required force on the tiny jack that came with the rental car. She had to throw herself on the mercy of a burly, tattooed passer-by. -Robyn 03:41, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
