The Ithaca graticule is at latitude 42 degrees, longitude 76 degrees. It includes the lakes Cayuga and Seneca, the towns of Watkins Glen, Elmira, Ithaca, Cortland and some of Geneva. It also hosts a number of universities, including Cornell and Ithaca College.
