The Waikato region lies south of Auckland, with Hamilton being it's main city. HamilTron is New Zealand's most technologically advanced[citation needed] and fastest-growing[citation needed] city, with numerous entertainment facilities, which is why it has been given the unofficial motto of "City of the Future"[citation needed]. In Auckland, Hamilton is also known as the "Gateway to Raglan"[citation needed].
