I came home from my trip to Italy (completed by a 13 hour bus ride) shortly after midnight. When I looked up the location in the morning, my thoughts were "oh, very near, I'll do that later today after recovering". Later it was more like "I need more recovering, I'll stay at home". In the evening that changed to "I need recovering, but it's soooo near and I can't miss that", so I grabbed my bicycle geohashing bag and started out.

The trip was simple (from the end of my street: straight ahead - left, right - straight ahead - left - right) but not easy because the track went uphill and downhill a lot (starting with 800 m of a 12% climb). When I arrived at the hashpoint there was barely enough light for pictures, but the spot was easily recognizable and I didn't stay long.

The return trip was again simple and a little easier (more down than up).

Total distance cycled: 8 + 8 = 16 km; 210 m uphill
