Yawn. Boring old hash down in suburbia. This is the closest one to me for ages so I kinda had to do it. Decided to make it interesting and do a Tron, heading down via tollway then back up via suburbia.
The actual spot was easy to find, pretty much exactly where Google said it would be. I stopped and took a few pictures but there wasn't anything of any note nearby. I did get some very suspicious looks from nearby neighbours whilst taking the photos, too. There's a school nearby, they probably thought I was a stalker or someting.
Drove out a different way, then zig zagged through streets till I got back onto a main road and all the way home. Round trip of just over an hour, all told.

Yeah, I have to agree with Kozz, it was a pretty dull hash, but made for a nother good "i'm feeling pretty meh, this drive will distract me" trip. also, it gave me an excuse to buy dinner instead of making it. Took me about 2 hours overall to drive down eastlink, remember the right turnoff, turn on the GPS at about 300m out, and guesstimate my way there for the heck of it... (got it right first time, which I was happy with in the distinctly non-square suburbian blocks), then head home.
Took some photos in the dark, chased the hash around in circles for a while (it was distinctly drifting, but basically on the tree) and went home via a local gourmet pizza place. (local to home, I've had their pizza a few times, and love it. Avocado Chicken with chili flakes tonight)
myka earned the As close as I could get I suppose achievement
