Location

Another hash, another field, this time ~ 10 km outside of Erfurt next to a little village called Zimmernsupra.

Go there after work if it's not too wet outside.

Expedition

It was wet outside but not as bad as it could have been so we started off at 6pm and headed for Zimmernsupra. Parked as close as possible to the field and went the rest of the way on foot. Pretty standard really.

The only remarkable thing was that Mampfred was tired of having to clean his shoes for an hour after each expedition. (Granted, the shoes were never meant to be used for hashing outside and they at this point were pretty much ruined already by running through wet fields a couple of times but still.) So he had the cunning plan to "augment" his shoes with expensive, customized strips of plastic - otherwise known as ALDI bags, tied together with spare USB cables - to keep the shoes as dry as possible.

Plan worked, coordinates were reached, the ALDI bags were ruined but the shoes were pretty much dry and Mampfred even reached his 8:30pm train back to Frankfurt. Excuse the bad photos but it was quite dark and we only had the cameras in our mobile phones as usual.
