Near a bus parking lot in Wayne at the end of Pal Dr.

We almost encountered the local security there, but he decided to ignore the two idiots wandering around looking intently at their cell phones and heading into the woods. Probably better for all parties involved that he did...Jabib would have asked him to follow them into the woods to get the Puppet Master Geohash in addition to the Police Geohash.
