Hi. The AperfectBot update requests page doesn't require the graticule. It only takes the date of the expedition, and automatically detects expeditions which happen on that date, updating the list for those. If you added an expedition a while ago (meaning 30+ minutes), and it still isn't showing up, feel free to send me a message to see what's going on.
