I was working this Saturday, but if the sun was up, I would have time to visit it after work.
Expedition
As expected the work ended in due time for a expedition out here. Not too far from home, but in an area that I've almost never driven before, at least not were the geohash was. Drove up to the nearest point to look for a parking space, but missed it and continued on for at least a kilometer before finding enough space to turn the car around. Went back to the small road leading into the forest, and drove just a bit in, before it turned impossible to use with a car. Parked the car and refitted my feets with some wellingtons I've brought with me (always in the car). Thus prepared I could easily find my way on the old(?) road leading up to the geohash. Thought somebody was trying to cut down trees, because of some large odd sounds coming from the nearby woods, but when approaching the geohash I suspected that the sounds came from some large birds fighting in the woods. Found the geoash location on the road and took some photos with my mobile phone camera. Walked then up to the nearby summer houses, which most probably was more accessible from the other end of the road I was using. Nobody seemed to be at home but I took some photos before returning to my car to drive home.
