Plans
Find someone with a boat willing to make a 24 mile round trip. The weather is OK for late February but this is a long shot! If successful, the record set by Atlanta in 2009 will be in real danger!
Expedition
- Now boat hunting in Southwold. -- Sourcerer (talk) @52.3176,1.6669 10:58, 27 February 2015 (GMT)
- Spoke to harbour master. I'm doomed. My kingdom for a boat. -- Sourcerer (talk) @52.3208,1.6621 11:13, 27 February 2015 (GMT)
- Now heading towards Beccles Airport, Rainair. Maybe I can get a 30 minute trial flight. -- Sourcerer (talk) @52.3367,1.6683 11:20, 27 February 2015 (GMT)
- OK I could go skydiving but no one is doing trial flights. -- Sourcerer (talk) @52.4337,1.6187 11:48, 27 February 2015 (GMT)
What fun failure can be! And it does not break my sequence of 13 consecutive expeditions because I already hashed Cambridge at 00:02 hours!
