After several weeks of nearby but inaccessible hashpoints, this one looked like an easy detour on the way home from work. It was about halfway down someone's driveway. I was there in early evening but it was quite dark already. I was hoping for within-error from the sidewalk, but in fact I had to take a couple paces along the driveway toward the house to get green numbers on Geohash Droid.
