This week is weird for different reasons. So it was a favourable idea to leave work a little bit earlier and to go geohashing.
The geohash was about 3km from office, but in contrast to 2014-08-08 48 11, I didn't go by bike. Instead of 3km, I had to go via autobahn, which resulted in a little detour. Furthermore, I missed the parking lot I figured before and had to drive back.
After parking my car on a parking lot, which might have been not entirely legal, the distance was about 550m as the bird flies. The geohash itself was then on a meadow right outside of the village of Frohnloh.
I took the usual photographs, enjoyed the nice weather, walked back to my car and drove home; nice distraction from everyday job.
