Location
In Pitkäsuo, Keuruu. The point lies in a swamp between Ylempi Suolampi and Alempi Suolampi (Upper Swamp-pond and Lower Swamp-pond).

Expedition
Today's hashpoint was a must-visit. The point was in a very easy location near the center of Keuruu. So, before going to Mrs. Tilley's parents place to do some forestry work, we quickly detoured to Keuruu center to grab this one.
There was a good parking spot at the start of a trail going to the field/forest/swamp patch. It was actually quite difficult to determine what the patch was. I guess it was perhaps an old field, which the owner had decided to change into forest. The surface had been turned into mounds and there were spruce seedlings planted with regular intervals. The hashpoint itself was behind a couple of ditches in a different patch. We rumbled towards it, daughter taking lift halfway there because of some thickets.
Reaching the hashpoint, the scenery opened a bit and showed a surprisingly beautiful little swamp patch, with a shallow pool of open water, a small crust of ice on top. I had to geodance in the puddle to get the smallest reading possible. Good thing me and Mrs. Tilley had proper watertight boots. Within one meter of the hashpoint, there was a small island on which I placed Daughter to pose for the group picture. After taking the picture we turned back.
We then drove to Mrs. Tilley's parents place and spent the day there, chopping about 5-7 cubic meters of windfall trees to pitwood.
