Stevage alerted Dave to this geohash, near his new home in Ivanhoe. From what I (Felix Dance) gather, Dave ventured out hashwards for a sortie, with the hope of bagging his first geohash, but sadly was thwarted by the scourge of private property restricting his access beyond the boundaries of normal social interaction.
