The Expedition

It's leap day 2016, and regarding this rare opportunity, I wanted to take it...again. I went on a trip last time, too, but the weather conditions alone were extremely different. It rained...a lot...the whole time.

I wanted to sleep a bit longer, as I took a day off, but a phone call from a friend of mine woke me up. I rescheduled and took one train earlier via Geltendorf and Munich to Olching. It has an S-Bahn station, which was very convenient. From the station the geohash was about 200m as the bird flies, and I reached it quite quickly.

I located the geohash on a sidewalk but comparing to the map it might have been shifted more to a garden near-by. But within the required 10m radius I reached it. Unfortunately, the signal jumped back and forth the whole time, so the photographs represent my best guess.

I took only a few photos because I wanted to go somewhere more dry and walked back to the S-Bahn station. If it had not been raining, I would have visited Minuch once again but I took trains directly home to get warm again.

Nevertheless wonderful.
