I recently moved here from the Palm Beach, Florida graticule (where the geohashing is frankly dismal for geographic and economic reasons) and I decided that the move to this much more active graticule was a good opportunity to take up the hobby again. This mid-week geohash was just a few miles from where I'm staying temporarily (2 miles as the crow flies, 5 miles by road) and it lined up nicely with an errand I was running that day.

I arrived at the school at about 4:10pm and found the parking lot mostly empty, as expected during the summer. There were some other cars there, but not in the east lot where the hashpoint was. During the usual hashdance to zero on the coordinates, someone in a passing car (he sounded young enough to be a student) yelled "Which pokemon is it?" For obvious reasons, the venerated avocation of geohashing looks a lot like playing Pokemon GO, now that that's taken over the world...

Anyway: hashpoint found, photos taken, report filed.
